- A clear unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must be recorded from the moment the parcel is opened
- Show the product from all angles
- Clearly highlight and explain the issue
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
Refund or Replacement Options

- Return & refund, as per your preference
Non-Returnable Conditions
